It may seem silly at first to practice mediatation with the Wii, but the truth is that many of us could use a tool for stress reduction in our lives, yet don't know how to go about finding one. Wii Fit may just be the answer to this, as the breathing and mediation exercises can help with learning how to control your breathing and focus on your body (sometimes called bio-feedback).

This strategy of self-reinforcement can lead to lower heart rates and significant decreases in measured cortisol (the stress hormone) within just 20 minutes.
