With fitness exercises such as jogging, hula hoop, dancing, boxing, and step aerobics, Wii Fit allows you a range of activities without leaving your house!

Regardless if you are a beginner or an expert with cardiovascular and aerobic workouts, Wii Fit has a variety of difficulty levels. Start at a slow pace and increase as you become comfortable with the exercises.

Wii Fit shows you visually the amount of time spent throughout the day on your cardiovascular and aerobic workouts. This feedback encourages greater use by showing your results and achievements.

The recommended method for completing the cardiovascular and aerobic workouts on your Wii Fit is to warm up prior to working out, then use the Wii Fit aerobic exercises at a moderate to intense level for approximately 30 minutes followed by a brief cool down period.

Jogging

The virtual trainer in Wii Fit wil provide encouragement and guidance during your recommended 30 minute workout session. It is recommended that healthy eating habits be coupled with your exercise routine to provide maximum benefits and results.
